Welcome, Peter Heine!
Since April 1, 2026, inVENTer has been under new management: With Peter Heine, the ventilation specialist gains an experienced managing director who is very familiar with the further development of medium-sized manufacturing companies.
At the same time, the company bids farewell to Annett Wettig, who, after 18 years of successful service as managing director of inVENTer GmbH and since 2024 as a member of the board of the FGK (German Association of Ventilation and Air Conditioning Companies), is pursuing new career opportunities. The entire inVENTer team sincerely thanks her for her great commitment, her contributions, and the valuable work with which she has had a lasting impact on the company, and wishes her all the best for the future.

Heine brings extensive experience from both industry and consulting. Most recently, he was responsible for the ventilation products business at Marley Germany (Aliaxis Group), driving both international expansion and the optimization of sales structures and internal processes. Heine also has an excellent international presence: positions in China, Brazil, and Hungary have shaped his career. There, his focus was primarily on change management and expanding local value creation.
At inVENTer, he encounters a demanding market environment – characterized by economic challenges and increasing political requirements. At the same time, the company can build on a strong foundation: excellent customer reviews and an established product portfolio.
